Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. All HR policies only for executive staff. No policies and benifits to below executive staff. No night duty allowance. On GH only 325rs. Allowance.

Dislikes

They have contractual jobs for definite years. HR policies are not good. Promotion policy is good for executive level employees but it's not good for Non-Executive employees.
