It was a great work place ,but after taken over by American MNC it's worst place to work here. Senior sales management is helpless in front of top management. Company is trying sail opposite to Indian market dynamics.

The culture here is amazing, open door policy and very less verticals helps us expressing our ideas better. The perks are great with the township that we have and all the associated amenities are excellent.

Work-Life balance is not what I was expecting, sometimes your performance is measured by how much time you stay in the plant. With less verticals the promotion or your growth in this organization is very minimal either you have to stay long enough and stay in the same position for years
