Being a female employee as I Grow ahead as a Leader, GGL has definitely taught me whom "I DO NO WANT TO BE IN LIFE". Your HARD WORK & DEDICATION will take you ahead and not any other means of "personal favours/favouritism"

Dislikes

GGL is a good organisation with some BAD LEARDERSHIP , these people have created a toxic climate all over the organisation. No Growth or career advancement is seen at a certain point, no free working culture as they say they have. the culture here is more of "Gossip Culture" and interference into one's work. GGL Does not value the people working for the organisation, more inclined towards favouritism. HR Team here needs some good leadership and people who are an HR domain Experts, that can help their team grow and not the other way round....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
