Team is very supporting , you will get ample opportunities to learn new skills . Working culture is good .Work life balance can be easily maintained. Annual increment is good as compare to other companies in the industry. Career growth is bit slow, no timely promotions. Overall it's a good company to work.

No timely promotions & interdepartmental dealings are very time consuming .No one wants to work beyond SOPs .

All are good for them department, Everyman thing for his growth.

O&M department, like all types of complian( No Gas, Leakage, Hazard, Line damage) etc. In Inspection Department check all new connections (PE Laying, Plumbing, MMT, PPT) etc.
