Overall work culture is good. Lots of things to learn. Actually a Good company for you. If you are in your early stage of your career. Job security need not worry. Company culture sucks... Higher management will try to bring you down.

Travel time will break your momentum down, because 1.5 - 2 hrs for reaching the company and same duration to reach your home.....if struck in traffic then time increase. Canteen for is average. Breakfast lunch dinner... company provides.
