Management is biased. They try to praise labour unions and never favours what is right. There are three cadres 1) management 2) supervisor 3) non supervisor Management has all benefits, non supervisors get their benefits by labour unions and the supervisor suffer from low increments, sometimes no increments, no overtime pay(lumpsum pay), non AC bus, low quality canteen and food.

Worst work culture and toxic environment. Inner Politics. Seniors have zero respect towards their subordinates. Abusive environment. They expect you to work 24/7 and even on weekends and on your leaves. Highest attrition is in HR department coz no new joiner stays more than 6months coz or the toxic work culture.
