The company is open to innovation & readily adopts latest technology. Great place to work. Biggest polymer division at Dahej complex. As an engineer its amazing place.

Good company to work with i have been working here from. last 8 years, good performance appraisal, good sallery given

Dislikes

New employees get better package than existing old employees,even with the same experienced and even with higher knowledge if you are existing old employee you new colleague will get 40-50% hike than you.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
