As inform you previously ,the top management specially Sales head of broadband department and few of their personal peoples only wants to secure their salary just buy cutting the salary of sales team and other team members they only believe to secure their salary by taking job of the performer or non performer person ,they don't want to grow this company.even they are not serious about the growth of the company.
