I would say that company had helped me alot to develop skills as if I was in a school, employees and staffs supported me alot it was like a family after certain period had a nice time

Three things used to disturb me wile working with the company 1 - Delay in salary sometimes 2 - Not informing about the delay in salary 3 - extra working hours Because of which I used to feel useless or not enough worthy to even no about the delay in salary

One of the best portfolio had given to me, I handled it humbly took the experience from team mates and team leaders, learned alot of things though I was an average target achiever but did well

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
