Working here is fun and satisfactory in case of the department provided to me. The culture here is as much enjoyment as work and the teammates is helpful and adapting.

Dislikes

Lack of training to individual, no facilities and even no compensation to anyone. As growth and skill development is slow.the management team here is not team players and doesn't support to the downteam.

Work Details

As speaking the truth working here is quit challenging and fun but only when it come to teammates and work, as i have to face different types of client and demand.it help to gain the knowledge and develop my skills. Against some demerits its enjoyable.

Not only GSH pvt ltd all overall facility contract company give low salary no benefit,, salary date 7 and low salary this field.. Overall all facility contract company...... This field contract job only any other country working money learned life settle....... But india location totally waste....

I receive appreciation from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.There is no proper benefits for the effort we put in
