Dislikes

Office politics, inhuman managers who don't care for their employees even in critical family situations, hectic working hours, coworkers steal the credit of work. Only manager's favorite people will get appraisals. If you are a very good people pleaser, this is best place to work. Otherwise it is tough to survive their.

The company provides training and mentoring sessions to its employees. They are helpful to improve our skills and knowledge.

Inspite of having a good manager, our team members and team leader only stand to criticize fellow team member. There is only discouragement and criticism. No co-operation among-st team members. No appropriate appraisal. Chemchagiri works well...
