One word is enough to describe them is "Terrible organisation to work with"..and worst experience of my life to work with them..

Nothing is organised there..and any deptt head can interfere in functioning of Finance deptt.Legal issues with each govt dept..and no salary payment in time..

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
