No job security only politics of caste of principal caste.no value of good and faithful staff. Only time pass hod is good to him. Good staff were send out by politics. Management also don't ask nothing simply sign and relieve me. What to tell all corruption non-use to tell . U also simply will leave my text.

A good management and salary will be credited on 31st of every month. Only problem is to show result,if result is in lower percentage the staff should attend committee meeting in which some irresponsible and foolish people will be sitting and some of them in committee will also have shown very wrost results but they will ask questions for the staffs who attend meeting, Hr is a man who often conduct hod meetings and keep on saying to produce results and increase admission for college, and first he should know that only results will not improve college,one request to hr is please change the ten member committee members and college atmosphere is very good for students for learning and good laboratory facilities available....Read More
