There is no proper recognition to employees and stories to retain employees. Employees need to work for 2.5 years for getting last year bouns. Ex- FY 20-21 bonus they given in aug,21 with condition of working for another one year. Means if you resign before aug,22 you need to pay back entire bonus amount you got for working in FY 20-21

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
