I Started my career at Growexx through a college placement drive as a DevOps Engineer Intern, and the experience has been incredible. Very Supportive environment especially senior team they not only guide and mentor you in your work but also help with career growth and development . The HR team is excellent. They care about all theemployees . They organize various stress relief activities such as indoor and outdoor games , yoga sessions and fun events , creating a positive and balanced work environment . The management team is very understanding and supportive . My colleagues are also amazing , always ready to help and collaborate. Growexx offers great learning opportunities , making it an ideal place to kickstart IT career. Our Company Founder and CEO , Vikas Sir is a visionary leader and an inspiration to all of us.
