This company's management should understand that employee is heart of the company. you can not behave very rudely and in very bad manner.i think this management needs to improve 300% match with ordinary company. This company is really bad work atmosphere.when i joined we had good corporate office and director promised me that if you work good i will increase the salary after 6 months, but later he shifted to his home and declined for pay rise. such a bad company

The company is open to innovation & reafy to take latest technologies, i am very happy to be a part of it, the team members including seniors are very co-operative. The most benficial point is core engineering work which grows my engineering knowledge in best way.

Increaments in salry i.e. growth is slow.
