It was a highly enriching experience and a journey full of learning experiences. They had their well-laid rules and regulations. Their screening process was more of an interactive process where they wanted to map down their requirements to your capabilities. They were highly cooperative and accommodative with the timings. The company is productivity oriented and one learns how to work in tight deadlines. I worked in Product / Software Management & Development and Financial Equity Analysis. Typically, my work included planning and strategizing on features to develop on a priority basis, translate features into technical requirements and modular tasks.Being the person with most experience with tech stack, I also guided and mentored team members, carried out R&D for unknown/unexplored problems for frontend and backend both. I worked with React Native to develop a cross-platform mobile application and NodeJS with Express for backend server. I also dealt with deployment of application to production. One could say, my role was akin to or mix of Tech Lead / Software Developer, Product and/or Project Manager. This internship helped me get a lot of exposure and knowledge, and I am thankful for the opportunity. I also worked on analyzing and making presentations on companies that may be a good investment opportunity for investors, I carried out Fundamental Analysis, learnt about company's history, sector analysis, etc. which helped reinforce/extend upon the theoretical aspects that I learnt as part of my MBA course. Overall, I extended upon my Full Stack web dev knowledge and jumped in cross-platform mobile app dev using React Native, got a hands-on with AWS for production deployment, learnt about Google Playstore and how to deploy apps to production and extended upon my knowledge of financial markets and equity analysis. Time management, commitment and deadlines might be difficult to handle as a fresher. Overall, The company follows a proper schedule so there are no issues with stipend (if applicable) and other things as long as productivity is maintained.

Grivaa capital is a good place to work. You will learn how to work in tough deadlines. Also your domain knowledge will enhance a lot. Work culture is supportive. Peers are also very supportive. You will also have a detailed review session at the end of the day. Which will help you to know your mistakes and learn from it.

Grivaa Capital is a great company, although quite new. They offer a lot of opportunity in the field that they specialize in. The colleagues and mentors offer great support too.

Dislikes

They are quite adamant and resistant to necessary change, especially in when it comes to their social media, and their visuals. This undermines their standard, and they have not tried to change this either. Moreover, they do set unrealistic deadlines. There is little to no respect for valuable opinion of interns, especially when it comes to the work. They have also been minimally understanding about circumstances or other disturbances in day-to-day life. Additionally, the stipend is quite low for most interns, and unpaid in my case....Read More

I have worked at Grivaa Capital for a month. There was a perfect balance of competition and support maintained among the interns. I received mentorship from Mr. Abhishek and other senior interns. I received training sessions regularly, which made me get a deeper and more practical understanding of financial technical jargon. It was a truly rewarding experience for me

When I try to think of negative experiences at Grivaa, nothing comes to mind. The fact is that it was hard work but it was also just as rewarding.
