It is absolutely a people-centric organization with its focus always on its human capital in every department. Grivva capital understands work-life balance and actually respects it and continuously encourage growth both personally and professionally.

During the course of my internship, I worked across various domains like finance, operations especially in marketing, and learned several aspects. youtube, email, content marketing to name a few. It was a great experience overall.

The team was cooperative in grooming and enhancing knowledge about recent trends to the new joinees. It was good to work with the members and gained much explosure with the department.There was flexibility of work and submission,in fact I learnt the reporting format and content research of various companies.

There is a good working environment at Grivaa capital with supportive people. The make an intern's work very efficient. I got great learning from this place. Skills I acquired from here will help me for lifetime.

Generally speaking, my work is about Transcription. We will get certain video links from YouTube and i need to convert those videos into a document format. The important points should be highlighted. We can do many edit works on this document.
