The company is highly innovative and technical based. The teammates are good enough to cooperate each other. Good Training program are conducted during services. Job security is good but again it is depending on your performance. Career growth is absolutely depending on your performance. Salary/Appraisal, it is again on your performance. Grind Master is doing appraisal from outside consultant to avoid international politics if any and to give the appropriate justice to every employee. Travel - as per designation AC train/Bus by AIR. They have their own companies in France and China. Dislikes

As per new target company is expecting the growth of company by 5 times in 5 years. But in fact it seems very critical looking after current market situation. Some time people have to work 10-13 hours in a day as they have to complete the given tasks for a day in time. Nobody is willing to work for such a long time every day. They are giving the training and expecting the change immediately from every body without providing the required time/facility. For providing basic facility they need number of approvals directly from directors even for managers. Some time employees are taking disadvantage for such situation....Read More

I am looking after total operation of Abrasive Division of my company. From Material forecasting, Order booking, Importing the Abrasives, production scheduling and dispatches to the customers. I have all rights to negotiate with freight forwarder, CHA.
