The salary is too less in comparison the work pressure. The mentors are extremely rude and incapable, they always point teachers for everything. I am a Teacher with 8 years experience was being treated badly and rudely by them. They always demotivate teachers, doesn't let them grow. They only value the people who can oil their feet. But HR team is good and responsive. Chairman is a nice person.

Everything a part from HR team and Management, Everything thing is bad. If these people are not been remot then the Institution can never grow.

The school provides us an ample amount of career growth opportunities. It has rich and experienced faculties. The work environment is amicable. We are always driven and motivated towards more challenges and growth. The school gives us a space to excel in our careers.

Until the PA to Chairman resign, the school will not become successful in any respect. Downfall has already began because of the lady - PA....but chairman has no eyes to see or analyse the same. Chairman only listens to his PA and takes decisions without judging right or wrong. I have not seen such a transgender being a male although, who has got no capacity to judge or rather lost his audacity being the senior most....Read More

Being associated with this institution has been an overwhelming experience for me. The work environment, management, and in all other aspects, the School has given me a comfortable and favourable place to work and learn. The management is highly cooperative and make sure that the queries and grievances of the staff is resolved. The institution has provided a Job Security with several schemes such as PF, ESI, and so on. This boosts the moral of the staff. Growth opportunities are here also can learn lots of experiential values for leadership skills and future growth. Team mates are also wonderful and the most important part of this institution is management is very much cooperative and provide suggestions and guidance whenever and wherever required. One more which Griffins provided to all the teachers is during the lock down period where other organizations were struggling with the salaries of their staffs, here all the teachers were getting full salary whether in online or offline mode....Read More

I joined this institution in 2020 during the lock down period. I joined as a PGT Teacher but within a few days I was promoted as a HOD and very soon become Sr. Coordinator. Currently also I am in the same position.
