I started my career at Greytrix as a Junior Software developer and, over the years, worked my way up to become the team lead of IP department. very healthy work environment . best place to start career Salary is credited on time opportunities to work on latest technologies

Likes

Good work Environment. Excellent company for Freshers. Started as a fresher and completed 9 years so far. No layoffs during covid pandemic. Salary on time. Able to work on different and latest technologies ex. PHP, Node JS, MVC.

Dislikes

Work timing needs to be flexible.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
