Freshers get to learn a lot. All those with management are very helpful. Talking about salary , they have very good pay structure and the salary is on time. Also, we get to learn new language i.e (.NET, MVC, Knockout Js, Node Red, .NET Core and Jquery) and technologies. We have interaction with clients via Calls, Mail writing etc ,this helps us to improve our communication skills. Team members are very helpful and the office environment is quiet friendly....Read More

Work environment and culture is very nice and friendly. During the pandemic also no salary deduction was done. Good exposure for learning cloud ERP like Sage Intacct. Technical training of SQL, client side scripting, Sage CRM is provided. Easy access to Management Team. Salary on time and good increments. Friendly and good environment for freshers.

The only con I found is strict punching time.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
