Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? I am very proud of my team - both: my sub ordinates as well co-ordinates, we learn together, grow together and take every challenge in our stride, positively, together.

Dislikes

The management is more of Revenue and Client inclined rather than its employees inclined. Not only it provides growth in terms of compensation and skills, it also does not think of its employees' convenience and well being, those employees who are giving a major part of their precious life and time to this organisation.
