there is no work culture here. the manager in the company has no idea about productivity of the company from the beginning, and doesn't know how to handle the teams', So he puts pressure on people to the work making work day and night(meaning working until 2 am and going to the office in the morning).Moreover, the seniors in the team don't know much , they all work carelessly. the people in this company don't know how to behave, mostly people in the development and Qa team are quite useless. The Manger threaten by saying. Worst place to work in the world. No mobile phones allowed, so incase of family emergency you are gone. Managers are very old and for every task assigned you will get a ultimatum to complete. They will not pay salary on time, from last 3 months they have not paid salaries. HR will support this toxic behaviour of management and you are totally on your own.
