Work culture, specially For Nagpur Branch, the BM claims for every good thing despite zero efforts from him.BM play lot of politics with team members, he claims for every order, collection and so on. If u want work for Nagpur branch, don't join unless BM Mr amar Singh is there. He has very bad reputation in market . Not single channel partner allow him to come to there office. He gave false commitment to every dealer without any authority. He have strong opinions regarding company HR policy. He said my branch my rule.he harras every team member,and favours to his buddy.He Denise any recognition to local festival/ election and so on.he even have objection on company' s TA/ DA policy....Read More
