Team mates good, but senior management and reporting manager unskilled, they don't know agri and finance. Job security is "0" hiring and firing, if result not come within week they start abusing you, senior not work on your feedback and market report they just blame you for anything, transfer one to other place week by week, no proper training some time VP/State head don't know about policies, changing policies within a week, 100% travelling job, Innovation in snooping of employees, you can learn to market but don't expect from your organization, they totally unaware about market and adopting other state policies in all India Agriculture....Read More
