Its very good experience working with this company. Training and skill development program happen yearly. If you are thrusty enough for knowledge then its huge sea for knowledge gaining and learning . Staff is very good and helping. Career growth is not that much satisfactory. Salary increments structure is not good. You can manage your personal family life nicely working with this company. At last its you can learn here but can't grow up....Read More

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation but they mostly go unnoticed during my yearly appraisals.
