Good work environment and cuty. Teammates are supporting and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria company policy are good appraisal are fair.

The job training is not given to new joiners. Proper system of work disable

The job is quite interesting. I learn again here. other big vehicles maintenance here by long time past .I got a chance to prove me good and do work with honesty , reliability for higher officers here

It's happy to work at GWMC because I learnt lot of different things there especially preparation of estimation and execution of works at the site as per design and specifications mentioned and I learnt the skills to communicate with the labours
