The descent behavior of M D. and the beautiful natural environment .

Dislikes

The indecent behavior and humiliating activities of lady principal.

Work Details

I worked there for 12 years,out of which last 6 years as H.O.D. All faculties and staffs are very helpful and cooperative . My working experience was interesting,satisfactory and peaceful till the joining of present principal one year back.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

Beautiful natural environment, decent colleagues and suitable scope of teaching.

Dislikes

No job security & indicent behaviour of present principal.

Work Details

Taking classes and interaction with students are beautiful experiences All faculties and staffs are very much cooperative.Very poor response from principal/ management. No recognition for extraordinary performance,instead,punishment is given.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
