Work from home during COVID One time salary

From last three years no hikes for employees. But company recruiting new employees by offering market standard salary. If existing employee ask about hike every year company say we are waiting for approval after two or three months companies simply sending mail due to COVID this year company not able to give hike.

Work Life balance is good. Work load in Bangalore is occasionally high as per project demands. Mail and all cannot be accessed outside office so there is balance.

Dislikes

There is a big cultural difference between China and India. Plus as always; there is a lack of transparency and erratic decision making that can come in your way of getting results. Overall work satisfaction takes a hit. There is no useful HR; I guess that's true in most organisations. Finance and IT is very rudimentary and not really competent. Above all; leadership is missing.
