The worst company to work with, I would really not recommend people to work here, If you really need peace in life or you need diabetes and blood pressure at early age, go for it, its a market fighting for your work, you give your best and still tomorrow you might recieve a mail of project closure, ridiculous company, and the new inside team sales head, OMG the most uneducated person I've ever seen, and every person in the company with great salary too lacks basic English, so unhygienic work life and the team leaders are of no use, they are just puppets to fill there daily needs, I would really beg you guys do not join the company AT ANY COST. No job security freshers are hired for getting fired... Fresh lead are assigned to the old members/ on GQ payroll employee. They will not assign data and ask for performance and their are people who do nothing and get sales. It will be always your work and some other is getting benefitted from your work. The company laid of employees without prior notice. Despite on boarding us, they failed to provide proper guidance, our career growth opportunities. Due to the lack of experienced mentors. When we reached concerns about feeling undervalued and unsupported by our managers, the HR asked us time of two days, for her response and actionbut instead terminated us for no reason.
