No job security freshers are hired for getting fired... Fresh lead are assigned to the old members/ on GQ payroll employee. They will not assign data and ask for performance and their are people who do nothing and get sales. It will be always your work and some other is getting benefitted from your work. The company laid of employees without prior notice. Despite on boarding us, they failed to provide proper guidance, our career growth opportunities. Due to the lack of experienced mentors. When we reached concerns about feeling undervalued and unsupported by our managers, the HR asked us time of two days, for her response and actionbut instead terminated us for no reason.
