Worst company I have ever worked. No carrier growth. You may lost your past learnings also. Only persons who comes through supports can work with a good profile otherwise they ruin your future.

There is no positive working culture. No proper systematic work. Earlier I was in Binani and I was doing 1000 times better from Gravita. I am not getting any opportunity. Looking for a new job.

There is no job security, they can kick you out any time as per there wish. Its a hire and fire company. Management is not clear on their goals they just have typical mindset of 'kabaadi' they treat their employees also like scrap especially in overseas locations.

Dislikes

They treat Appraisals like jokes, they use to put all increment in variable pay and variable pay they never dispersed timely. Some time after the leaving of the employee
