Likes

A good MNC company where one can learn and develop his career.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.Also I have the opportunity to work along with people from many states of India and because of it my communication skills developed a lot.

Dislikes

Work like balance is very poor because I have to work daily 12-13 hours.The work pressure is high. The Pollution inside the plant affecting health of the individuals

Work Details

On openly speaking day to day my job will be challenging one as I have to senior person from my maintenance department to share and guide my work.But this circumstance make me very strong in my attitude, also increased my courageness to face big problems.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
