Hello, This was my first job as a call center executive. Normal day shift, avg salary package. It was a good experience of 8 months as it was a startup cant expect more benifits, less employee, great bonding and some were awsome colleagues who helped me throughout the tenure. one of the most important reminder is dont get emotionaly attached to any one, no matter how close they are to you. BECAUSE AS A FRESHER MOST OF THE PEOPLE MIGHT FACE THIS ISSUE. Some of the senior were involved in partiality. Recognition was given for quantity not for quality. for Example if Employee 'A' takes 200 calls with 80% Quality score. and Employee 'B' takes 150 calls with 100 % Quality score. IRRESPECTIVE of Quality the Quantity was considered and Awarded.
