Motivation received in initial period

Dislikes

HR is not doing their job properly. Not considering senior's complaint against junior, not providing required help to newly appointed manager. Also not giving due respect to dedicated and hard working person who is working for streamlining the procedures and systems. After putting long service in the same group very bad treatment given by putting wrong allegations and raising doubt on integrity. Manager did not tried single time to convice for withdrawing resignation. Even as per procedure no exit interview taken so no scope to record grivence....Read More
