The job was so exciting intetesting n innovative. I struggled too much in the begining as there was no quidence. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats n that helped get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Company culture and senior management attitude are not satisfactory.Mainly Management policy for middle management is very poor.Good people are waiting long long time for promotion and better scope. Appraisal system is totally eye washing. Moreover political interference is hampering work culture.
