It is a good company with cordial atmosphere to work. Carrier growth is limited. Travel programme is good. It is a medium scale Industry. Appraisal is good. Work environment is OK. Innovation and work balance is good.

Dislikes

Freedom to work with own concepts and skill is limited. No scope of increase in salary and other benefits for the good work carried out or even when heavy orders are booked by individual.
