Work life balance is good, HODs are supportive.

Terrible salary structure. The Company has not revised its salary structure since decade. Power has concentrated in a few hands only and the management & higher authority are not professional at all. HR policies are terrible, no development for the employees. Even the accommodation facility provided by the company is in poor condition.
