Work life balance is good, HODs are supportive.

Dislikes

Terrible salary structure. The Company has not revised its salary structure since decade. Power has concentrated in a few hands only and the management & higher authority are not professional at all. HR policies are terrible, no development for the employees. Even the accommodation facility provided by the company is in poor condition. Graphite India is not looking after its only steel plant they have. The group is reluctant for any kind of development....Read More

Canteen rate is very cheap otherwise nothing good for officers.They behave officer like a contractual labour and their contractual labour & parmanent worker is boss off the company,Who start their carrier from Graphite india as a officer basic salary is very poor.
