Graphic Era does have a nice green campus which is regularly maintained.

Dislikes

The Job is like being in North Korea. The owner is like Kim Jong Un and every senior authority just keep on licking feet. You are regularly threatened if you speak for your problems as an employee. HR is non-existent. Every problem needs to go through the supreme leader which is basically a dead end. His wife is arrogant and cares about her looks above anything else. You can't trust anyone in the company until you are at a senior level or a Professor. Admin department is broken. There is no growth whatsoever for anyone working apart from teaching. Just adds up for your job history. My work was always demoted. It is frustrating. They have zero sense of marketing. They spend Lacs on bad promotion whilst not giving anything in return to their hardworking employees. They will constantly ask you to work on holidays. And they feel its comfortable to do so. They don't give you a whole weekend off. Only good thing I could say was getting summer and winter breaks. a weeks holiday each because there are no students. Overall, it is a beautiful looking campus run by one of the worst people I've met in a beautiful city of Dehradun....Read More

The chairman of the university is such a gem, politics is everywhere you just need to do your job properly, nobody can dominate your work. I personally feel only because of chairman sir , people can feel safe in this university, students are definitely assets but sir don’t entertain misbehaving humans in organizations.

The high authority people who are here from decades they think only they are running the organization, If they don’t like someone they will start bullying you indirectly with their very sharp dominating personality
