My experience with Grand view research is very disappointing, primarily due to leadership and management dynamics. The team lead (specifically one of the ICT team) lacks the essential leadership qualities such as effective communication, empathy and the ability to motivate the team. The management also seem to be highly partial, failing to recognize the efforts of hardworking employees. Despite putting continuous efforts there is no little acknowledgement. Instead, the focus tends to be criticism and complaints, which is really demotivating for the team. Nothing. The company decided to fire the entire editing team with only a month’s notice to replace editors with an AI software.

Management does not communicate with the employees at all. All decisions are conveyed through emails. Appraisals are next to non existent and hard word is not appreciated.

The company was initially good but with money comes lot of issues. They started firing employees unnecessarily citing performance issues invalid reasons and wiped out several teams like editing, social media, keeping only one or two who joined since the company's inception.
