I loved how well us trainees were treated by the HR team. We were heard and respected. Overall, I enjoyed working and learning so much from all the chefs from banquet production(continental) team.

Dislikes

I was a little disappointed by how some staffs think it's okay to treat trainees as their personal servant.

Work Details

I was a trainee and I was able to learn alot and also I was able to understand which department is better for me, as that was something I was struggling with in the beginning to decide.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Salary is low,few senior's do partiality, department can call even after shift or its off day!!

As per industry standard Hyatt is one of the best for staff's. Grand Hyatt goa is okay compare to others.
