Job Security: As with many startups, job security is a major concern. The company's dependence on successful fundraising made it vulnerable. Unfortunately, I was part of a large layoff when Gramophone was unable to secure funding, leading to the termination of approximately 500-600 employees in a single day. HR Inconsistencies: During challenging times, particularly around the layoffs, there was noticeable bias in HR behavior. For instance, during Diwali, gifts and sweets were distributed across most, where I worked, was overlooked. This created a sense of exclusion. Lack of Accountability: The free and flexible nature of the work environment, while beneficial to some, was misused by certain employees. A few took advantage of the lack of oversight by not adhering to work hours, frequently spending time in the cafeteria instead of focusing on their responsibilities. This led to productivity issues, and ultimately, it seemed to impact the company's performance. Unqualified HR Decisions: At that time, the HR department appeared to lack the necessary experience, leading to the appointment of unskilled or unsuitable candidates in key positions. reporting manager, SVP, and other employees of the operations team are good and responsible for company growth. all departments except sales are very good

they stopped taking feedback from ground teams that's why, the company is facing a downfall. the sales team is not mature enough to execute the plan strategically in order to achieve the targets. People in senior management of the sales department are not even qualified for the job but because of personal relations, they are working in that particular position.
