Most pathetic work culture, no one gives proper training to new joiners and they expect you to work extra at home (5-6hrs minimum) without any extra payment or relaxation. Most of the employees are a daily drinker and chew tobacco and also want you to follow them even if you like it or not. The top management has totally nontechnical and nonprofessional behavior. few employees are only blind follower of their Boss (Only way to survive here!!!).
