No structure. Poor management of resource and time. No salary increment or receiving salary on time. Bias on certain employees by managers based of location. No compensation for extra work during weekends or after office hours.

Without having knowldege more people are there . They are not ready to leave from here . Because they are not complete task nobody take any action .

IF You want to work this company you have to lose your life and whatever you earned money. Inside company so many 420 people are there. Whatever you getting salary they'll take back. Ex. You have to give treat, you have to sponsor trip. Suppose if you going to clint place or officiallytrip compy will not give money. (Not you will get money if your girl or relationship with management.) 24/7 have to work and you should not expect anything from management. Like OT, cab and food. Also there is no benefit like insurance and pf. Salary will give probably for only girls and who have relationship with management people.
