The photoshop editing of movie posters are typical editing, if ur looking for a simple editing job, this is good for long run, 90% is just cut paste with no editing, they also have a bit of creative title creation which is the only thing I liked to do

Dislikes

The main rule here is everyone is equal, literally everyone in the editing is doing the same thing, but the biggest challenge is how to complete target on time and not be haressed by seniors and management. What happened with me was sad as I had just been a bit defensive, which had caused me to become a bad employee no matter how much hard work I put in. I was finally told to leave without any proper proof of my underperformance. If u can deal with politics and work pressure, there should be no problem here but average performer should avoid this place as there is no work balance life, also lots meeting to attend which is not included in working hours...Read More

A great place to work, the work is really streamlined and has a overall nice environment.

Dislikes

No particular points to dislike this place, you come you do your given work you can leave. Career growth can be really slow here.

Work Details

The task was really well understood but a lot of changes were constantly implied to make the process better.
