Well, it's a nice environment to work with the Grace management. It even makes me more comfortable to be a part of this prestigious institution. Teachers are allowed to perform their best innovative methods in teaching curriculum. For instance, creating models for the relevant lesson plans however we are provided with advance technology like smart class. As I was handling biology, I attained great exposure in touch with practicals with bio-specimen and manual laboratory task. In general, we all have our own demands for our rage of lifestyles. Therefore that wasn't met. And I felt embarrassed while the freshers who were recruited were been paid merely to our pay scale, which was and is still disappointing. Although I had a work schedule that hits beyond 10 hours a day and ain't I got any special allowance for that as I was handling higher secondary levels.

Work Details

Well! it was an highly competitive task. While playing the role of a biology teacher or a trainer I had to manage both the classroom as well as the laboratory task together. To indulge students and make them feel interesting with subject and practicals.
