Company only focus on own benifits only,when orking employees need promotion, company psend them to third party or vendors role,there are so many work responsibility,but there are no motivation or appreciation. Sorry,to difficult work culture.

I am not suggesting anyone to work in this company, because they are using our qualities and return zero benifits.
