I was fortunate enough to become the start up Principal of Pulla Reddy school. I ran the school based on the principles of late Pulla Reddy garu, my mentor Sri Raghava Reddy garu,s/o Pulla Reddy garu. That was only school in Dilsukhnagar with 1.5acre ground supporting athletics, basketball n volleyball. I had a strong team of staff to support n implement da ideas at ground level; students were trained as alrounders. All school were a big hit n with in no time, the school has become a landmark. The most challenging part for me was to grow the school which was among all da corporate schools. I loved the tough competition to grow n won the hearts of many with outstanding results in board exams.That school is my buddy always....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
